The new town hall in Munich, Germany, is one of my favorite pieces of architecture to admire whenever I am in Munich. A perfect site to see while walking just a few minutes away to the Hofbräuhaus beer hall.

One of the most beautiful castles in Germany can be found in the foothills of the Swabian Alps of central Baden-Württemberg. The Hohenzollern castle was the third built on the mountain with history dating back to the 11th century. A must visit for anyone visiting southern Germany.

It was here that I had a chance to see the world's first motorcycle, and the world's first gasoline-engined automobile. Pictured is a replica of the first gasoline-engined automobile, originally built in 1886.
