Time is our greatest enemy. It has been quite some time since I last uploaded any photos of my 2015 Eurotrip. This is a photo of Johanneskirche, or St. John's church, in Stuttgart, Germany.
Märtblatz is the Basel German dialect name for the market square situated in the heart of Basel. It is here where various fine shops can be found along with exquisite cuisine.
The water that is derived from the Rhine river has a distinct clean taste that is comparable to that of bottled water. During my walk through the city I encountered numerous fountains with ice cold crystal clear water.
This church is easily distinguishable by its beautiful red sandstone architecture in Gothic and Romanesque styles. It lays on a building site that dates back to the late Celtic Era in the first century BC. The current structure was built between 1019 and 1500 and had additions and reconstruction done due to an earthquake in 1356.
